Customer Care Executive

  • Handle the day to day operations, escalate cases as needed.
  • Support customers via different channels. (Social, Calls, Messaging Chat)
  • Confirm with the customer the created orders through outbound calls or whatsapp to proceed on it.
  • Gather customers' feedback.
  • Follow up on all pending cases on daily basis ensuring that the best customers experience provided consistently.
  • Communicate with operations team.
  • Perform any tasks assigned from Manager.

University Degree in a relevant discipline.2 to 3 year experience in customer care field.Ability to work on shift basis.Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)Very good on using Microsoft office applications.Very good on writing E-mails.
