Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project!#IWorkForAllForGoodProcess & Product Development Portfolio Manager (H/F)Research, Innovation & Development TeamVQR AffordablePLACE AND DATEPermanent contract to be started from March 2024Position based within the Vache Qui Rit Affordable teams (Research, Innovation and Development)Location Cairo – EgyptMain Missions / ResponsibilitiesAs part of a replacement within the Vache Qui Rit (VQR) development team, we are looking for a Development Portfolio Manager Process/Product .Under the responsibility of the Development Platform Director VQR Affordable, the Development Portfolio Manager will be in charge, at factory level, of the development of the entire portfolio of innovation, renovation and cost reduction projects for the 10th factory of Ramadan in Egypt and the factory Corlu in Turkey, in order to complete the development within the stipulated deadlines.Missions : At the factory level, managing portfolio priorities and responsible for innovation renovation cost reduction projects (which may be related to product process or packaging). Innovation pipeline for Brands within 3 years. (Consider the needs of users, the absence of additives, the restricted list of ingredients, transparency, recycling, environmental impact, etc.). RID single point of contact for the factories within its scope. Align priorities across platforms at the plant level. In charge of B-Brand and Private Label projects. Coordinate all feasibility requests. Ensure that the development platform follows the guidelines of the CSR and nutri+ programs. Ensure the methodology and REX of the project and ensure that development projects are delivered at the right level of quality, OTIF and best TTM. Work collaboratively with the plant technologist and team members as well with the technical resources for the project. Ensure the consistency of formulas and processes, ensure the transformation of product processes. Participate to CODEV & PLANT CODEV meetings of the countries in the Middle East zone. Management activities / Coordination, if applicable Provide technical coaching within the project team to develop more junior people. Main stakeholders: marketing, development platform director, factory technologist, factory director, coordinators, agility manager, MENA Operations Director Processed Cheese, Brand Operation Director Processed cheese, Industrial MEA Coman manager. Risk management Improved Time 2 Market Number of opportunities identified inside and/or outside the BEL PROFILEEngineer specialized in agri-food, processes or industrial project management, dairy or equivalent (Bac+5), you ideally benefit from 5 years of experience in the agri-food field, in product development, processes or packaging.You have the expertise and know-how of recipe and/or process development from the exploration phase to production.Skills required for the position: Technical process of the product: knowledge of the cheese making process Technical know-how from exploration to production (product, process and packaging) Ability to drive transformation, TTM reduction, disruptive innovation and collaboration in line with the new business model and partners.
