This position involves leading and managing a team of creative professionals, overseeing the development and execution of creative strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work to serve Savills Egypt and its clients. The Creative Associate Director plays a critical role in driving creative excellence and ensuring brands’ standards are upheld, and our creative output is both innovative and impactful.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and guide the design team, setting creative direction and ensuring adherence to brand standards and design principles. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with company objectives, enhancing our market presence and audience engagement. Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and advertising, to support their initiatives with high-quality creative solutions. Provide mentorship and leadership to the design team, fostering skill development and encouraging a culture of creativity and excellence. Ensure all design projects are delivered with high quality, on time, and within budget, maintaining a balance between creative vision and practicality. Critique and approve design work, ensuring it meets company standards and project objectives. Manage and optimize workflow and resources within the design team, ensuring efficient and effective project completion. SkillsSkills, Knowledge, and Experience The position requires the following competencies:Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and communicate effectively with a team of creative professionals. Strong capability in handling multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all creative outputs meet high standards of quality and impact. Adept in thinking creatively and applying innovative solutions to design challenges. Strong problem-solving skills, able to address challenges creatively and efficiently. Skilled in giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve team performance and project outcomes. Knowledge The position requires:In-depth understanding of design principles, brand development, and how they apply across various media. Knowledge of multimedia marketing strategies and how design plays a role in effective marketing. Proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools and software. Experience10+ year of experience in the graphic design field. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
