  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspection records, and quality reports.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistent and accurate execution of quality control activities.
  • Perform regular inspections and audits of products, processes, and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Automation tools are a must Selenium ,Appium .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address and resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Investigate customer complaints or quality incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate quality control measures to mitigate risks and ensure product or service quality.
  • Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for process optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulatory requirements related to quality control and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization, promoting a proactive approach to quality control.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Sciences) or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in a quality control role, with at least [X] years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant industry-specific standards.Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control documentation, including SOPs, inspection records, and quality reports.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve quality objectives.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in using quality control tools and software applications.Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.Certifications in quality management or quality control (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.
