We are a dynamic and fast-growing company looking for a skilled Social Media Moderator to join our team. As a Social Media Moderator, you will play a crucial role in managing our online presence across various social media platforms.   • Content Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive content calendar aligned with company objectives and audience interests.
  • Creative Post Creation: Craft engaging and innovative social media posts that resonate with our target audience while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Posting and Page Moderation: Regularly schedule and publish content across all social media channels. 
  • Monitor comments, messages, and user-generated content, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Customer Message Response: Actively engage with our audience by promptly responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, fostering positive interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Page Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track metrics, and analyze social media insights to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns. 
  • Generate reports and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Experience in Media Buying and Advertisement Campaigns: Utilize expertise in media buying and advertising to strategize, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms, maximizing reach and engagement.
     

Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English) is a must, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Familiarity with media buying processes and advertising campaign management.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.3-5 Years of experience.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Experience in Home interior/ Furniture Market is a plus.
