• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with GAAP
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting • Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payments
• Prepare and file tax returns
• Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and operations
• Stay informed of changing tax laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 2+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the manufacturing or apparel industry Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bonus points if you have: Experience with import/export regulations and procedures Proficient in ERP systems
