Contract type : PermanentFull time / part time : Full timeDepartment : Property ManagementLocation : Cairo, EgyptRole / Team Overview : The RoleA full time Senior Operations Manager focusing on the management of the property’s operational aspects within the Property and Facilities Management department.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage all activities of the operational subcontractors (security, cleaning, fire, pest control, landscaping)Cooperate with other departments (e.g. financial , marketing, technic)Liaise with tenants, to manage their ongoing operational and technical requestsManage the operational part of service charge budget and prepare recommendations for improvementProvide operational data, analysis as required to by direct manager and Department HeadManage handover of Units Manage all ongoing operational issues to ensure smooth and continuous operations of the propertyControl & ensure tenants comply with provisions of their leases e.g Building regulation, repair & maintenance, health & safetyManagement of tenant's operational “complaints”Manage and ensure fulfilment of third-party contractual obligations to ensure smooth operation, repairs etc. Tendering or re-tendering of any operational service required at the propertySkills, Knowledge And ExperienceAt least 5-7 years in FM or Operational management.
