Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring)

Job Purpose

Handling all the recruitment activities within the assigned account fulfilling account manpower need with the Head count plan

Job Responsibilities

  • Create candidates pipeline through posting job ads on all recruitment channels.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Carry out the hiring process including job offer proposal, communicating it to the successful candidates.
  • Support in organizing and attending job Fairs & recruitment events

University Degree in business or related discipline.Previous mass hiring experience is a must. Contract duration is 6 months subject to renewal based on performance.Fluent English is a must.Good general Computer skills.HR overview
