The VQA Engineer will be responsible to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and quality compliance requirement through conducting audits of manufacturing process and products to identify areas of improvement and enhance plant initial quality to reflect directly on product quality & customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities:Carry out the weekly & monthly 1st line audit for critical process such as (Welding, Anti corrosion and Important A&B) using Nissan standards check lists to grasp the process Quality status for improvement purpose. Carry out the weekly & monthly process audit for Important/Vital processes process such as (Brake, Suspension, Air condition, Water Coolant, Glass fixing and Paint Sealer) using Nissan standards check lists to grasp the process Quality status for improvement purpose. Assign corrective and preventive actions requests with the related departments through Alliance Production way to maintain PDCA cycle. Conduct annual Anti-corrosion audits by utilizing Nissan audit standards to ensure compliance with global Nissan quality requirements. Ensure that policies and procedures are followed, and that all work is documented in the company's document management systemConfirm the status of Recurrence Prevention Audit (RPA) following Nissan requirements to maintain continues improvement needed by Plant Health CheckContribute to comply with ISO 9001-14001 in Nissan Motor Egypt (NMEG) by undertaking Internal Audits and provides needed Corrective and Preventive actions to be ready for External ISO certification either (Renewal/Surveillance)Communicate with 2nd line welding audit in monthly meeting to review the status of 1st line welding audit and improve the Condition through PDCA Cycle. Participate in Global Weld Quality Improvement Activity meeting with other regions to grasp latest standards and implement best practices for Continuous improvement. Work with our Quality Inspection team to develop and implement new quality control procedures. Maintain accurate documentation to support policies and proceduresTakes Actions towards Market concerns by implement Process Audit to emphasizes the Customer satisfaction. Train personnel about Process Audit and develop their skills to be 1st line auditorDevelop and implement procedures and controls to manage quality processes.
