· Applies Line strategies to develop and implement territorial business plans.
·Builds effective and enduring customer relationships; identifies and works closely with the most significant customers in the assigned territories.
·Leads a high-performing team of Medical Representatives; hires, trains and develops representatives as necessary; provides coaching and feedback aligned to Our Leadership Standards; inspires representatives to meet and exceed Sales objectives.
·Manages and optimizes effective allocation of resources to deliver required business results and ensure best ROI of investments.
·Works effectively with colleagues across other functions/units within Scientific Office to achieve business results.
·Develops in-depth understanding of the Area market environment and customers; communicates customer insights to internal stakeholders and supports development of new business strategies; identifies top business opportunities or gaps through analysis of available reports.
·Serves as a communication bridge from Senior Management to Medical representatives.
·Works within Our policies and standard operating procedures “SOPs” and creates a culture that ensures all reports, direct and indirect, do the same.
·Creates a diverse and inclusive environment free from all forms of discrimination and harassment.


· Good Command of English.· Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.·University degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Veterinary Medicine.·At least 3 years of experience in the same role.·Consistent proven record of sales achievement·Own a car .
