Business Development Executive

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients and business opportunities.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting activities.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate organizations.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives to propose tailored event solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including digital and operations, to ensure successful execution of corporate events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Proven working experience as a business development , sales executive or a relevant roleProven sales track recordExperience in customer support is a plusProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Proficiency in EnglishMarket knowledgeCommunication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skillsBSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
