Quality Assurance Specialist

  1. Handling of customer complaints (root cause, corrective action, follow-up, customer feedback).
  2. Handling of internal audits relevant to (9001:2015, 45001:2018, 14001:2015, IEC/17025:2017)
  3. Performing site tour inspections in time intervals to monitor and measure the extent of compliance with the quality management system.
  4. Handling of NCs reports for all non-conformities addressed (corrective action, follow-up).
  5. Follow-up action plan for the department objectives and KPIs.
  6. Conducting a Traceability for the final products in time intervals.    

Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel, Minitab, and Visio.  Effective communication with coworkers across departments.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent data collection and analysis skills.Ability to multitask.Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
