It provides the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing Siemens Energy business in Egypt and region as part of the Service operation team which also serves the global needs of Siemens Energy, offering the opportunity to develop your academic knowledge into new competencies and new skills through various forms of development and training.How You’ll Make An ImpactAs part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and will work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.Learn and understand Repair schemes and processes for Siemens Energy Gas turbines, steam turbines and generators.Perform site visits to assess project progress, address on-site challenges, and ensure alignment with project specifications.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of outages implementation.Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and final project evaluations.Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.Prioritize client satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering high-quality plans.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations.What You BringA master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, preferably metallurgical fields.Prior experience within the Rotating Equipment field and preferably able to demonstrate relevant Internships, employment and extracurricular activity in this area. Must be willing to work in teams across geographies and cultures.Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment.A determination to support the customer, whilst at the same time maintaining the highest standards of ethics and an uncompromising quality mindset to ensure that things are done “right first time”.Drive, energy and enthusiasm for learning must be combined with academic and commercial acumen ensuring that you learn quickly and bring added value to Siemens Energy operations and our customers.
