Senior HR Specialist

  • Recruitment, selection and interviews schedueling.
  • Design employees’ compensation and benefits packages.
  • Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture.
  • Maintain Employees files, documents & paperwork.
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules & working conditions.
  • Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days , Medical Insurance).
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.

BSc in Human Resources or relevant field.Experienced in Real estate is MUST.Male Preferred.Proven work experience as an HR Manager.Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) user.Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processUnderstanding of full cycle recruiting.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skills
