Service standardization training Specialist

 •  Follow up and inspect the work flow and service in all service center in Egypt.

 •  SST assessment: 

•Make the monthly local SST assessment to all SC through  (SC visit / SC checklist /check 6S for all SC / SC CCTV check during the month/ SC call test)  

• Make the monthly HQ SST assessment to all SC through  (SC CCTV in random date and time each month determined by the HQ/ Preparing the required reports and sending them before the dead line / monthly SC call test for the SC is determined by the HQ to measure and knowledge the staff of the information that must be provided to the customer by phone / attending meetings and trainings provided by the HQ, taking training materials and translating them, and we train all service center staff if there are new procedures or follow-up work with them to be done properly 

•Service center visit: Check SC image / check personal staff image / Ensure that they implement SST process / Follow up SOP scripts, handling process 

• OSS Follow Up:(calculating the percentage of service center in the one-step service each month) 

• NPS Project Follow Up :  (attend weekly meeting / Share the mistakes found in NPS every / calculate NPS score according to valid/invalid cases) 

• check Prepare staff assessments and KPIs according to each staff assigned work.

 • Develop and deliver training to improve performance or address observed behavioral issues. 

•  Assists in evaluating and analyzing training needs of customers.
