General Accountant

  1. Invoice and Payment Tracking: Tracking client invoices, monitoring payment statuses, and handling debt collection if applicable.
  2. Financial Reporting: Preparing financial reports necessary for monitoring the company's financial performance regarding different projects, in collaboration with the finance department.
  3. Project Monitoring: Monitoring the progress and costs of different projects, updating project records, and monitoring labor and material costs.
  4. Cost and Revenue Analysis: Analyzing project costs and revenues, providing reports and recommendations based on these analyses.
  5. Customer Support: Handling client inquiries and providing the necessary technical and financial support to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
  6. Bank Account Management: Managing the company's bank accounts and handling various financial transactions, such as bank transfers and bill payments.
  7. Compliance with Financial Regulations: Adhering to financial regulations within the company and assisting in implementing financial policies and procedures correctly and effectively.
  8. External Communication: Dealing with external parties such as banks, suppliers, and clients to coordinate financial operations and maintain balance among all stakeholders.
  9. reports directly to financial director,  can work under pressure and can work with fast track projects
  10. Examine the site expense breakdown, ensure it is comply with financial rules.
  11.  Keep in touch with the site cashier to make sure all the original expense and invoices and other documents which financial rules needed. 
  12. The project accounting treatment, the accounting records must be based on financial and economic transactions as they actually take place. 
  13. Check with the client and suppliers regularly to ensure account current clear and correct.
  14.  Assist in completion of Financial Statement and corporate income tax settlement and payment. 
  15. To explain to the supplier and subcontractor the accurately tax deduction and provide the deduct certificate

Bachelor’s degree from accounting or financial majors is a must.Work experience as an Accountant in Construction field Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooksAdvanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsBSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeFluent in English.
