ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Develop end-to-end web applications including deployment, testing and logging work.Collaborate with team leaders to understand the business requirements and provide recommendations for the solution data modelMentor and guide junior developers, provide technical expertise, and share best practices related to SharePoint development.Customize and configure SharePoint sites, master pages, templates, and navigation to improve user experience and optimize functionalityQualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end frameworks (ex: React).Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to implement a visually appealing designStrong experience in working with server-side programming languages like C#.Proven experience in working with SharePoint On-premise; including out-of-the-box webparts and custom webparts using C#.Experience in working with SharePoint Online and building sites using out-of-the-box webparts and SharePoint FrameworkIn-depth knowledge of SharePoint development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell.Proficient in working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful APIsExperience in designing and optimizing database schemas and writing efficient queriesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team membersExperience in debugging code, performance optimization, and ensuring application security.Proficient in using version control systems (e.g., Git), deployment tools, and cloud platforms (e.g. Azure).Knowledge of CI/CD processes, containerization (Docker), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes) is a plus.Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure DevOps is a plus.Knowledge of Nintex workflows is a plus.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in developing and implementing SharePoint-based solutionsProven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex web development projectsCertifications:Relevant certifications in SharePoint or related work are a plus, such as:Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer.Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator.Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer.Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
