Production Manager Alex Facility
Earthly is looking for a Production Manager to manage the Alex facility, someone with a proven track record of managing production lines and labour. Experience with Wood works and carpentry manufacturing is mandatory.
Job Description
● Manage the overall daily activities including (production planning, scheduling, quality assurance, etc...)
● Lead, manage and improve the production related functions (estimation, production performance, technical purchasing, quality, safety, warehousing and factory administration)
● Assure the coordination between operational departments such that the maximum production performance can be achieved in terms of rate and quality
● Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions
● Prepare, analyse and issue the production and performance reports.
● Monitor performance of staff members, conduct manpower planning and manage
accordingly.
● Monitor capacity utilisation and requirements, and manage capacity expansion projects.
Role & Responsibility● University degree from engineering faculty, preferably from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering,● Good command of both written and spoken English,● Minimum 5 years work experience in manufacturing management as production manageror factory manager,● Experience carpentry, wood work, bamboo furniture and/or assembly manufacturingprocesses,● Advanced coaching & leadership, communication, problem solving and team buildingskills● Well organised, able to work under pressure and capable of dealing with labour andworkers● Residence in Alex
