- Receive, analyze, and answer all customers’ requests, questions, warranty claims, and clarifications regarding the maintenance.
- Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, services contracts, products repairing
- Train and work closely with the department team, achieving a company strategy.
- Conduct site visits to resolve all breakdowns and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.
- Contact the quality control department to analyze the breakdowns cause roots to take the preventive actions accordingly,
- Follow filing and archiving system.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering .Experience : 3 - 7 Years in after sale service.Good knowledge in home appliances productPreferable to has previous experience in Home appliances sector.Good ownership & Leadership skills.Ability to gain more knowledge & experience.Very Good in Microsoft office.Fluent in English.Males Only.
