- Responsible for shipping and invoicing the spare parts orders from all suppliers to Mantrac business units.
- Liaise with service providers to secure and arrange booking on the next available vessels.
- Receive the booking details and review it if it meets the agreed KPIs or not.
- Ensure the right part is delivered to destination at the right time with the right price.
- Arrange pre-shipment inspection if needed with the appropriate inspection company for each territory.
- Receive and review all draft-shipping documents.
- Create and issue the commercial invoice.
- Coordinate with the ordering, IT, finance to solve any system issue faced.
- Send the final shipping documents to the BUs in a timely manner to meet our agreed KPIs.
- Follow-up the shipments to make sure vessel reach destination (checking sailing – transshipments - arrival dates) to ensure being aligned with our KPIs.
- Liaise with the Trade finance department to ensure sending the shipping instructions on time and meet the L/C instructions.
- Follow up the claims for short shipments or damaged goods.
- Receive and review freight invoices from different service providers.
- Communicate and respond to different logistics inquiries.
