- Build and develop a strong relationship with clients to build trust & increase the sales volume.
- Communicate with clients via email, calls, Meetings (indoor or outdoor).
- Act as the main point of contact for the company’s clients.
- Manage & Handle client’s requests & following -up every part in process starting with sending offer until delivery step.
- Communicate & collaborate with internal departments and make sure they are working in the right way for client’s needs.
- Receive client’s comments or problems and working to solve it with relevant departments.
- Collect clients’ feedback & doing the after sales service & support.
Bachelor's degree.More than 2 Years of experience (recommended in the same field).Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.Very good in English (Speaking & Writing).Good computer skills especially, email & Microsoft Office.Responsible, Multitasking, Hard Worker.Time management, Flexible & Team Player.
