· Assists Category Manager in developing and implementing brand(s) strategy and plans on an ongoing basis
· In charge of delivering brand(s) business objectives in terms of market share, sales volume, brand revenue and profit growth
· Monitors and tracks brands performance to identify risks and opportunities in terms of revenue and profit and recommend actions to address those risks and opportunities
· Executes, supervises and monitors campaigns and marketing activities and assesses success
· Assists in activation and marketing events across categories
· Conducts market visits to check new products in the market, competitors’ actions, evaluate distribution and availability, etc
· Monitors closely daily sales report and sales performance and report on issues and opportunities to senior management and to sales
· Analyses sales figures, providing presentations/reports with detailed findings and recommended actions
· Analyses retail audits and works on detailed presentations/reports showing market size, market shares, distribution, updates, opportunities & threats and innovations
· Implements, reviews and evaluates the brand plan in line with the brand strategy, covering brand communication, promotions, consumer insight, pricing strategy and product development
· Keeps close monitor on competition using market visits, communications and all available marketing techniques
· Assists in developing and executing new products' launches
· Assist in reviewing P&L of SKUs
· Liaise with innovation team for new products
