- Helping in technical and financial proposals for clients.
- Working with the internal team on different duties & responsibility in tenders, contracts and clients’ follow-up.
- Seeking, preparing and negotiating tenders with respect to scope of work and pricing schedule.
- Participating in the technical aspects of contracts drafting and negotiations, in cooperation with the senior management and clients.
- Ensuring that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties for visibility, awareness and interpretation.
- Practising and identifying new prospects to acquire new clients or upgrading CPAS.
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.Fresh graduates engineers are preferableExcellent written and spoken Arabic & EnglishOutstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
