- Oversee the team collection Performance
- Develop collection plans to improve collection rates.
- Distribute work tasks & customers to team members.
- Meet monthly collection goals as assigned by management.
- Updating the negative areas based on the performance and collection behavior of our customers.
- Ensure customer calls are handled and negotiate payments or settlements arrangements, in a manner that meets our call quality & compliant expectations.
- Training the collection team and increasing the efficiency of the team's work.
Bachelor's Degree .+4 Years of working Experience .Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
