- Upload Customer master data to the system.
- Preforming the needed configuration to the system.
- Understanding the clients ‘Vision’ and adjustment to the system to gather the right requirements from meetings.
- Follow up with developers to make sure that development is aligned with requirements that the customer need and to illustrate any adjustment.
- Follow up with the clients to make sure that the team will deliver what is required and replying to them inquires.
- Resolving client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions to satisfy their needs.
- Test the result of the adjustment to make sure that the customer needs have been satisfied.
- Train the customer to use system modules.
Previous experience in Odoo ERP solution.Excellent communication skills.Good command of English.Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly.Bachelor of Commerce or related field (Accounting)
