We share their goals and long-term ambitions; we’re on the same journey to create places and infrastructure which will support long term sustainable development, healthy living and vibrant communities.<br/><br/>We are seeking a<br/><br/>Senior Landscape Architect<br/><br/>–<br/><br/>Stadium<br/><br/>and include a brief introduction about the role.<br/><br/>A<br/><br/>stadium development project<br/><br/>is often the catalyst for further regeneration and has the power to influence beyond the site’s boundaries out into the wider neighbourhood, local municipality and across a whole region. How the stadium integrates into its urban context is a fundamental part of a its overall success.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/><br/>Technical Competencies:<br/><br/>Degree qualified in landscape Architecture and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership)
Candidates will ideally have minimum 15+ years relevant working experience in Landscape Architecture Site Supervision, documentation and site implementation
In charge of reviewing and checking of all Landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittal & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solution by using sketch up by modelling. Site coordination and Inspection.
Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
Prepare Site instruction (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events<br/><br/>Behavioral Competencies:<br/><br/>Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English essential,
Will be capable of working on their own or within/leading a small team of like discipline individuals and creating designs relevant to Middle East environment.
What we’re looking for<br/><br/>Bachelors in Landscape Architecture, Site Supervision background.
