- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Requirements:- Grads only- C1 German, B2 English - Males & Females - Experience in air line booking is a must - Rotational shift ( last shift for females 9Pm & last shift for males 11Pm for females 9 Pm)GDS experience is a must
