Join us in our journey towards success!About This Opportunity:As our Installation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of our projects forward. Your responsibilities will include understanding, modifying, and effectively transferring project implementation plans to our talented team of Implementation Engineers. You'll lead this team in executing project work activities with precision and adherence to approved specifications and shop drawings. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will ensure that work progresses smoothly and efficiently on-site.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Allocate resources efficiently to different installation projects, ensuring that teams have the necessary equipment and personnel to carry out their tasks. Submit the requirements needed from other parties professionally.Consult the pre-sales team to understand the exact scope and to insure accurate shop drawings and technical submittals.Lead the implementation engineers’ team by monitoring daily activities, tasks and guiding them through site difficulties and obstacles based on deep experience and known best practices.Daily checkups for site’s needs facilitating it by coordination with other parties on-site.Daily checkups for site’s tools, materials, and technical team needs availability and coordinate with logistics team after consulting the project manager.Coordinate for the expected deliveries and assure receiving and string it professionally in site’s Warehouse. Ongoing verification that the work is completed on time so that there are no delays.Updating the project manager in case of discovering a design error, design improvement, or missing items in the ordered list of materials for him to take action.Coordinate with maintenance and support teams to ensure a smooth transition from installation to post-installation support for clients.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical or telecommunication Engineering or any relevant field.Professional certification is a plus.+7 years of prior experience in similar system integrators.Experience in large scale Physical Security Projects and/or Fiber Optic OSP Projects.Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.Must be Self-motivated with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team.Proficient decision-making skills with a focus on driving results.Building Talent.Acting with integrity.Inspiring trust
