We are committed to the ongoing development of our employees because we know that is important to the success of our company as a truly global entity.The EPC Project Pursuit Manager will play a lead role in developing, directing, and handling all strategic project activities for Business (KOB 1) in Egypt and Libya. This role is crucial in driving Emerson’s solutions with EPCs and ensuring consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short & long terms sales plans.Your role responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Develop positive relationships with key EPCs, NOCs, and other major industry players in the market. Including but not limited to EGPC, EGAS, ECHEM, NOC, Waha Oil, and other key EPCs in the region.Meet or exceed financial objectives for the territory in alignment with strategic plans and Business Units Priorities.Implement KOB1 business plans and drive solution selling with the support of all Business Units.Work and liaise with Business unit pursuit Leaders and local Sales Managers for the respective regions to ensure early engagement in the projects.Develop processes for RFQ qualification and prioritization for mega projects.Analyze market trends, prepare marketing forecasts, and develop strategies for driven displacement.Proactively engage with customers to specify solutions in project FEED and Detail Design specifications.Ensure strict adherence to Emerson Ethics and trade compliance in all business transactions.What do I need to be considered for this role?5 to 10 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas industry.A Sales Diploma MBA or equivalent experience is helpful.Ability to travel within the region as the need arises.Sales management/leadership experience.Experience in multinational companies and strong industry knowledge.Proficient in English and Arabic.Strong understanding of Emerson’s product range and applications.Extensive travel within Egypt and Libya (possibly 3 weeks of the month).Reports to Director, Project Pursuit MEA. Interacts with internal Sales, MEA Project Pursuit, Business Unit Pursuit Teams, BU BDM’s, and sales managers. Finance, Projects and Engineering, Business Operations, and Service personnel. Need to be resourceful to meet urgent requirements.Dedication to Health and safety, leading by example in HSE initiatives and training
