What you will do!!
- Handling all Refurbishment activities onsite.
- Conducting end-to-end reports for all incoming cars and determining needed actions/items.
- Planning refurbishment cycles with fellow engineers.
- Creating & optimizing job orders for each vehicle.
- Meeting Refurbishment deadlines.
- Conducting Quality checks and determining cars' status from publishing.
- Drive a quality-focused workshop.
- Build a strong team of technicians with strong technical knowledge.
- Plan refurbishment/production short-medium term milestones.
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.Demonstrated expertise in body and paint repairs.Familiarity with automotive industry standards and practices.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with a flexible approach.Demonstrated "can-do" attitude.Ability to work fast and efficiently without compromising accuracy.Adherence to quality control standards and attention to detail.Have relevant workshop experience.Have a continuous improvement mindset.Excellent computer skills.Experienced in Team management.
