We are hiring an enthusiastic CRM agent preferred with a pharmaceutical background who will interact with current and potential customers. And uses data analysis about customers' history with a company to improve business relationships with customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure information on the customer database is kept up-to-date, check information when speaking to customers on the phone.
  • Assisting with customer queries when required.
  • As a Customer Relations, you will be responsible for investigating and responding to complaints from our customers within deadlines set by the business.
  • You will be communicating with our customers via chat or telephone and you will need to be able to match the style of the customer, whilst showing the highest level of accuracy, and presentation.
  • As part of our strategy we want to deliver a fabulous customer experience to all of our customers, you will work alongside the Customer Relations Senior Executive, and Manager, internal departments, and suppliers to feedback on the source of the complaint, highlighting any issues for concern with the aim to reduce reoccurring complaints.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other relative degree.Experience: 1-2 years in a call center or chat support.Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.Familiar with CRM systems and practices.Language Skills: Good command of the English language.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
