About This OpportunityCloud Infrastructure 2nd Level Operation Engineer will be a part of the MS Team who will manage and operate on a large scale "Telco-Cloud Infrastructure" network by performing all level-2 operation activities plus creating internal knowledge base sessions for information sharing purposes.What You Will DoSupport and manage Linux and OpenStack in both production and pre-production environments.Administrate and manage large-scale infrastructure and perform acceptance testing for Telco Cloud infrastructure including DCGW routers, SPINE/LEAF switches, control switches and physical computeUpgrading and managing OpenStack services plus confirming high-availability and backups for NFVi systems.Dealing with internal teams and vendors TAC to apply changes that match customer needs.Diagnose, and fix Telco-Cloud infrastructure issues like "resolve hardware, software or other network, systems problems, and replace defective components when necessary".Creating internal Knowledge Bases for information sharing purposesYou will bring Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications/computer science engineeringMinimum 4 years working with telco-cloud technologies.RHCSA/RHCE knowledge is mandatory.OpenStack hands-on experience is mandatory, and certification is a plus.Detailed understanding of different cloud technologies.Deep knowledge in Scripting and programming skills will be a strong asset.Understanding of Telco Cloud ETSI standard.Excellent knowledge dealing with Linux and fixing Linux (RedHat/Debian)Excellent knowledge with virtualization platforms like ESXi/KVM.Excellent hands-on experience in OpenStack fixing is mandatory.Excellent hands-on experience in virtualization technologies like vSphere/KVM.Excellent hands-on experience NFVi Technologies "storage, networking, computing".Excellent hands-on experience SDN/SDI technologies.Experience managing Cisco VIM/ACI is plus.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
