- Reviewing, preparing and recording purchase invoices and supplier entitlement (advanced payments)
- Perform day to day financial transaction including verifying classifying and recording accounts payable and expenses data
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all purchases and payments are accounted and correctly posted
- Review clearance invoices for export and import shipments and making their journal entries
- Completely understanding of issues around expenses and accounts payable processes (VAT, WHT, etc.)
Follow up the custody with the custodian - Making and recording the due voucher for (electricity bill, telephones, gas, rent, etc.)
- Making the reports about the payment’s duties and for vendors
- Recording assets and its depreciation
- Any other task given to you by your manager
Proven working experience as Accounts PayableSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principlesProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsData entry skills along with a knack for numbersHands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary softwareProficiency in English and in MS OfficeHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailBSc degree in Finance, AccountingExcellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. AXAPTA)
