We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.What You Will DoLeading an operational team in a safe and efficient manner and to take ownership vision advancement, safety, quality and productivity.Build the high-performing team by understanding your direct reports individual capabilities and utilize them to maximize the value creation for the team as whole. Work with the team to create personalized development plans, deliver meaningful coaching and be involved in selecting and retaining the right people.Driving safety excellence through promoting employee involvement, ownership, and accountability to proactively eliminate hazards. Providing safety training to crew members and deliver training materials in a meaningful approach.Facilitating team development and communication, employee skill development, problem-solving and resolution, building employee commitment and ownership and holding employees accountable.Monitoring product quality and provide direction to crew members to maximize efficiency.Promoting employee involvement, providing coaching, feedback and direction as required.Assisting with troubleshooting production issues.Completing data entry responsibilities and generate reports in a timely and efficient manner.Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports and ensuring the application of the individual performance development cycle.Understand the cost of decisions and impact to departments and other processes.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience of leading a high performing team as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.Experience in adapting to transformation and bringing change to the people, process, and company that will create the greatest value.Commitment to promoting behaviors aligned to the Company’s visions and values Meet or exceed KPI goals by demonstrating success in measuring and improving processes.Collaborate with other departments to optimize production requirements.Work with upstream and downstream processes to exceed customer expectations.What Will Put You AheadVery good level of English.Willing and able to work a rotating shift schedule .Having experience on coaching, training, and developing of employees.Proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
