- Responsible for all HR Administrative activities inside the organization.
- Handles purchasing orders from the admin. perspective issues.
- Receives and dispatches couriers, recording and monthly reporting.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for staff.
- Arranges travel activities (accommodation - booking tickets – transportation -expenses).
- Provides the needed support for any requested documents related to any external travels
- Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash, TRFs etc...
- Provides personal assistance to CEO and other managers of the company if needed, as well as other general office tasks that may arise from time to time.
- Identifies opportunities for cost savings, better efficiency, or other improvements; recommends and implements policy or process changes as appropriate.
- Supports and manages office boys, housekeeping (attendance, checklists, and appearance).
