They're looking for a Video Editor skilled in TikTok and Meta video ads, capable of transforming concepts into compelling visual stories. Ad Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of video ads, making data-driven decisions to optimize for better engagement and conversion rates. Creative Content Strategy: Develop a strategic approach to video content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s marketing goals and audience preferences. Static Ad Creation: In addition to video content, design impactful static ads that complement the video marketing efforts and strengthen the brand's online presence. Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with the marketing team to understand the brand's objectives, creating video content that effectively communicates the brand's message and values. What Success Looks Like:High-Performing Video Ads: Creating video content that not only engages but also performs well in terms of metrics, driving the desired audience actions. Increased Audience Engagement: Producing content that captivates and interacts with the community, leading to higher engagement rates. Creative and Strategic Impact: Bringing innovative ideas to the table for content creation and distribution, contributing to the brand’s strategic marketing goals. Qualifications:Proven experience in video editing, particularly for TikTok and Meta ads. Strong portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns for North American clients. Experience in Direct-to-consumer brands in the Health and Wellness space. Basic design skills. Ability to work autonomously, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly to changes. Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
