• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annually P&L for each project separately and consolidated
• Coordinate with the internal section in the finance team to prepare accurate reports
• Allocate donations in Odoo system and in the spreadsheets
• Prepare reports with donations allocation in daily basis and when needed
• Support treasurer and cover him/her when needed
• Be in the mindset to take on new tasks, operationalize and streamline them, and move
on to new additional responsibilities
• Continuously improve business processes, systems, and enhance documentation and
controls as part of our daily responsibilities
• Partner with the e-commerce and retail teams to build scalable revenue recognition
processes in Odoo system
• Partner with the business to assist in the review of sales agreements to assess the
revenue recognition impact
• Review current revenue recognition processes/procedures and implement process
improvements to improve efficiency and timeliness of the close and reporting
• Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documents related to commerce,
retail channels, donations, collection channels, processor cash inflows, and other areas
• Interface with Technical Accounting, Internal Audit and the Foundation’s independent
public accounting firm on technical accounting matters
• Work with diverse and cross-functional teams
• Partner with Finance & Strategy team to investigate variances between actual results
and forecasts and assist in the budgeting process if needed
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audits performed by external auditors
• Complete special projects as needed
