Job Description
1- Responsible for meeting Customers within the company or in exhibitions.
2- Responding to customer inquiries and emails immediately.
3- Responsible for arranging the customer’s visit to the factory including (hotel reservation - internal transportation arrangement).
4- Responsible for conducting a feasibility study for the order in terms of (quantity - possibility of operation - drawings).
5- Follow-up of orders’ production process from the beginning of the order to the shipping and collection.
6- Organizing the orders according to shipping schedule in a way that facilitates the process for the operating departments under the supervision of the head of the department.
7- Responsible for performing Performa for operation (for the customer, shipping, production department and graphics) with a specific schedule under the supervision of the head of the department.
8- Responsible for following up the shipping dates, the port of shipment and the shipping line (according to the agreement).
9- Responsible for following up on shipping documents after shipment (sending a picture to the customer by email - sending the original to the credit bank)
10- Follow up on client and broker accounts in the financial department.
11- Follow-up of the group’s receivables movement towards customers by following up with the export department.
12- Follow-up of production and packaging operations in the various sections of the group.
Job Requirements- Very Good English Language (Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking).- Customer Service experience (5-7 yrs) … (Dubai Experience preferred).- Excellent Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).- Very Good accountant experience.- Smart.- El-Mahalla El-Kubra, Tanta and El-Mansoura citizens preferred.- Available to travel world wide for temporary period.
