Wholesale Area Manager

  • Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new wholesale and B2B customers (customer development).
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans, as needed
  • Conducts one-on-one reviews with his team to build effective communications, understand development needs, and to provide insight for improved sales performance.
  • Frequently conducts face-to-face sales calls with his sales team
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures the clear communication and implementation within the team and take the immediate action to report any violation on time
  • Ensures that his geographical sales team meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting, appointments, proposals and closes.
  • Sets examples for his sales team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills
  • Conducts regular coaching and counseling with his sales team to build motivation and selling skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Monitor wholesale team and customers plan and targets and invoices, credit limits, collection and align/confirm with finance
  • Covering all customers throughout his dedicated geographical area in which he works.
  • Submitting reports of competition activities in the market in terms of prices, new offers and advertising, or stopping some dealings with the company's products.
  • Responsible for reviewing stocks and coordinating with the operation team that the production plan will fulfill the volume forecasted, and to alarm them for spike orders.
  • Achieve wholesale budget volumes and revenue and gross margins for assigned customers and key accounts.


Skills


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in the automotive lubricant's sales field for wholesale and key accounts.
  • Preferably resident of greater Cairo governorate geography (Cairo or Giza)
