The Opportunity

This position works out of our Egypt Affiliate in the Established Pharmaceutical Division where we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.

The Employment term is 1 year, renewable until the completion of the Catapult – S4Hanna Project.   

What You’ll Do:

Assist Project lead on the Project tasks:

Conduct user requirement and data gathering requirement.

Performs DATA MAPPING from current to the new ERP system.

Develop function design specifications in S4Hanna in alignment with new business requirements.

Perform system configuration and documentation, prepare unit testing script and carry out user-acceptance testing.

Provide post-live support and conduct end-user training.

Assist CFS accountants in the month end closing exercise mainly preparation of monthly Journal Entries posted in the General Ledger

Assist CFS Leader in the preparation of Financial Statement and Balance Sheet Analyses.  

Other accounting and project related tasks that may be assigned by the Financial Controller.

Required Qualifications

• Holding a bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Administration with Gen Accounting units.
• At least 2 years' work experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting or Audit Tasks
• Preferably has knowledge in ERP- SAP S4Hanna.
• Advance Excel skills mainly VLOOKUP, Pivot, Conditional Formatting, etc.   
• Willing to accept Contractor/Project Term.
• Can communicate well in English language.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• With good moral behavior.
