• Yama Engineering System located in Nasr City, Cairo is hiring a Senior Tendring & Technical Office Fire Fighting Systems Engineer 

Job Description:

• Analyze the requirements and specifications of a project and determine the cost involved in a project.
• Full relevant professional experience in the design and assessment of fire protection systems in previous specialized fire protection engineering companies.
• Minimum two years’ work experience as a site and technical office engineer.
• Ideally three years’ work experience in cost analysis.
• Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure their completeness
• Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on bid submission
• Previous experience in the design of gas and water networks, foam systems and pumping analysis.
• Ability to conduct cost analysis with detailed BOQs and to seek various offers from the sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Preparing Tender documents, Financial and Technical documents.
• Able to prepare price analysis sheets, design and shop drawings.
• Preparing BOQs, and getting offers from the sub-contractors and suppliers

Required Requirements

• Experience needed: Up to 7 years
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
• Strong computer skills, including Auto CAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good command of English.
