Location : Ismailia 

Working Hours : from 7 am to 3.5 pm 

Day off : Friday

Salary: Based on experience

Job Qualification:

• 1- Fluent in English is a must-read, write, and speak.
• 2- At least 2 years of experience in a Denim Factory for preparation of Operation Bulletin and Thread consumption calculation.
• 3- Well familiar with all operations in trousers. 
• 4- Able to do Time study related functions like- Capacity Study and Productivity Study.
• 5- Know the basics of calculation of Efficiency, and Productivity related jobs.
• 6- Familiarity with Lean Concepts like- 5s, Kaizen, and Kanban is appreciated.
• 7- Prior Education in Apparel, Fashion, and Textiles is appreciated.

IE Dealing with the following:

• 1- Time Study, Motion study.
• 2- Taking the capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area.
• 3- Methods developments & analysis as a side of quality & quantity.
• 4- Follow-up the low performing Operators.
• 5- Operator skill Summary.
• 6- Nonproductive time (Loss Time) record and reduce.
• 7- Production Planning and control, Planning Calculations.
• 8- Capacity Study.
• 9- Operator, Line and floor efficiency Calculation.
• 10- Manpower requisition and set up.
