BO VOICE Core Team Lead

About this opportunity

We are now looking for a BO VOICE Core Team Lead that will be responsible for IMS, CS, UDC & fixed domains of Telecom Egypt and managing the project support integration & Acceptance phases. Responsible for verifying new solutions from post-planning team!


What you will do
  • Providing technical solutions regarding hardware and configuration problems in agreed time frame.
  • Ensuring fast response, accurate actions, and decisions during crisis.
  • Handling CSRs with customer support team E2E.
  • Ensuring reliable accurate solutions provided by CS.
  • Reviewing new projects’ documentations (HLD, LLD ATP.)
  • Verifying test cases and ensuring the applicability according to the network current setup scenarios.
  • Migrating new services and nodes to live network while avoiding incidents or major issues.
  • Periodic auditing on license-controlled nodes to raise flag in case of traffic profile changes.
You will bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom) with 5-10 years’ experience in IMS/Voice Core domain.
  • Deep knowledge in troubleshooting for IMS, CS, UDC & fixed products.
  • Solid experience in leading major cases troubleshooting with other domains (ex. EPC).
