We are asking for appointment at the administration headquarters in Ganaklis in Alexandria Mobile Apps Tester

should be comfortable working across different teams; administering cross-functional meetings; presenting feature definitions, discussing QA team responsibilities, organizing test results, and rolling up the results to present to management. Ultimately, you should monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve errors in an organized way.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective. This position requires a self-motivated and dynamic individual with strong technical and communication skills who can contribute to a team environment.

prerequisites:

• You must have your own iPhone device which will be used for iOS App Testing

• You must have your own Andriod device which will be used for Andriod App testing

• Preferred: you owe your Mac laptop/PC with Xcode installed for build testing

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal team (i.e. Developers, Project Managers, and Senior Management) to identify system requirements

• Design and implement test cases, test plans, and test strategies

• execute test cases in coordination with developers and project managers

• Monitor the debugging process and define corrective actions

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and define test plans

• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools

• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs

• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions

• Remain up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Mobile App Tester/ QA Engineer for Mobile/Web development

• Highly professional, with the ability to deliver proven work on tight schedules

• Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

• Proven work experience in software development

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools, specifically for Mobile Apps

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

• Languages: Arabic & English. Both at professional levels
