Marketing Officer

Responsible for developing the marketing plan, supervising its implementation and ensuring the achievement of objectives from Brand awareness & Sales & No of Clients

Using all the available tools as marketing On-Line or Off-Line both or one of them or a combination of them

Responsible for the designs file for products and ART-Work

Responsible for the barcode file

Responsible for trademark file

Responsible for tender sites

Full coordination with the company's sales officials and the formation of a couple between them to plan and develop business and submit periodic reports to the company's executive director and senior management

The ability to provide marketing opportunities for products and provide reports on customer requests outside Egypt

The ability to follow up on products in the company's international exhibitions, which are held throughout the year in more than one country

The ability to market the company's products through a network of developers

The ability to list the company’s products on electronic sales sites and platforms with the required pictures and specifications in preparation for marketing them locally through e-marketing and platforms

The ability to reach thousands of distributors through modern e-marketing techniques, through search engines, social networking sites, commercial and industrial directories, e-mail campaigns, specialized forums, and international markets

The ability to overcome problems associated with the marketing process, such as: packaging, shipping, customs clearance, certification, official papers, financing and pricing, and in the case of large orders, the marketing officer can collect the order from more than one distributor from small distributors.

The ability to provide a database of Class A customers in promising markets such as Al-Qasr Al-Aini, Delta, Lower Egypt, Upper Egypt, Red Sea and Canal cities in the places where this industry gathers around government and university hospitals, in order to achieve an addition to the company

The ability to study the requests submitted by dealers in the field, and to supervise the organization of their statements and orders according to the priority of their request and their volume, and to coordinate with dealers and intermediaries to ensure that the goods reach the customers’ premises.

The ability to ensure that goods are secured to customers' premises & deliveries and pickups are set according to agreed dates

- Studying offers and prices for various types of commodities in the local market and making recommendations to the concerned authorities to sell commodities according to the prices and volume of demand for them.

- Follow up on developments in the field of selling goods, submit proposals to improve the level and quality of performance in the department, follow up procedures for examining exported goods to verify that they meet the prescribed conditions and specifications in line with official instructions and legislation in this regard, and negotiate deals authorized to sign them,

The ability to launch agencies in some promising products and the ability to add new proposed products within the company's product portfolio

Marketing Officer job requirements :-

Have at least a Bachelor's degree

3 to 4 years experience

Age not more than 30 years

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERPs Software

Excellent level of spoken and written English, preferably those with more than one language other than English, priority for graduates of (I.G.C.S.E. & G.C.S.E.) schools or (American High School Diploma) schools and those who have passed the (S.A.T.II)

He has a special talent in selling, marketing and the arts of markets, especially the medical supplies market

Preferably someone who owns a car
