Job Title PROGRAM MANAGER Location Alexandria, VA 20598 US (Primary) Education Bachelor's Degree Job Description Hiring is contingent upon contract award. EPS is looking for program manager to work in the field service division. Overall Program Manager for the Contractor effort who will serve as the Contractor's authorized point of contact with the Contracting Officer Representative, and is responsible for managing scope, budget, schedule and performance of the AEC Support Services (AECSS) contract to include subcontractors and teaming partners. Provides direction, prioritization, coordination, and conflict resolution. Senior-level Program Manager with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of technical and technical support staff for Government customers in the test and evaluation domain. Provides support for engagement coordination duties such as maintaining time reports; generating and reconciling invoices; preparing burn reports, cost estimates, contract modifications, project schedules, and other deliverables as needed and as required. Serves as a member of various task management teams and applies a comprehensive and in-depth working knowledge of financial/business concepts and contract management practices. This position will also be responsible for providing training to users. Requirements Five (5) years of experience gained within the last 10 years (2012 to present) in at least one of the following areas: a. Drawing experience for the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) program; Deployable Power Generation and Distribution System (DPGDS) program; Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) program; or Power Distribution Illumination System Electrical (PDISE) program. b. Engineering change proposal experience for the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) program; Deployable Power Generation and Distribution System (DPGDS) program; Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) program; or Power Distribution Illumination System Electrical (PDISE) program. c. Technical Manual development and management experience for the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) program; Deployable Power Generation and Distribution System (DPGDS) program; Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) program; or Power Distribution Illumination System Electrical (PDISE) program. d. Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) development and management experience for the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) program; Deployable Power Generation and Distribution System (DPGDS) program; Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) program; or Power Distribution Illumination System Electrical (PDISE) program. e. Provisioning experience for the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) program; Deployable Power Generation and Distribution System (DPGDS) program; Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) program; or Power Distribution Illumination System Electrical (PDISE) program. f. Producibility Study experience for the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) program; Deployable Power Generation and Distribution System (DPGDS) program; Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) program; or Power Distribution Illumination System Electrical (PDISE) program. g. Engineering support experience for the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) program; Deployable Power Generation and Distribution System (DPGDS) program; Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) program; or Power Distribution Illumination System Electrical (PDISE) program. h. Physical Configuration auditing experience for the Advanced Medium Mobile Power Sources (AMMPS) program; Deployable Power Generation and Distribution System (DPGDS) program; Tactical Quiet Generator (TQG) program; or Power Distribution Illumination System Electrical (PDISE) program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an applicable discipline in other Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited* college/university and 15 years of applicable experience; or a Master's Degree in Engineering or an applicable discipline in other Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited college/university and 13 years applicable experience
