vendor Manager

  • TransHome Translation Services is looking for a Vendor Manager to immediately join our team. 

Qualifications: 

  • Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Vendor Manager in the Translation industry.
  • Good knowledge of CAT tools + Microsoft Office Apps is a must. 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively recruit new resources to expand the company’s database of internal/external linguists
  • Negotiate preferred rates with recruited linguists according to company, department, or project needs
  • Work closely with vendors to have their issues solved as early as possible, and liaison with appropriate departments for this purpose
  • Assist Production Teams with specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines.
  • Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
  • Experience in the translation industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer MS Office skills (esp. Excel).
  • Effective time management
  • Accountability
