-Design and implement strategy to increase traffic on product page and track competition.
-Planning marketing activations and optimizing ROI for spends basis impressions, CTR (Click through rate) and conversions.
-Design effective consumer campaigns on portals which includes on-site visibility, CPC (Cost per Click), CPT (Cost per thousand) campaigns.
-Co-ordinate with sales, supply chain and brand teams for effective deployment plans.
-Expand, develop, and own setting up new markets with revenue generating activities.
-Develop strategic start ups to enhance the e-commerce eco system.
-Develop e-commerce P and L.
-Focus on high selling SKU’s at the fastest growing online customers.
-Focus on all occasions throughout the year.
-Introduce different offers that offline market.
-Increase online visibility items (landing pages, banners, etc)
-Build E-Commerce forecast and identify possible opportunities for adding formats / promotion mechanics.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in FMCG Industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Significant experience in team management and project management.
- Excellent knowledge of the e-commerce digital business.
