  • Ensure ROI. 

  • Ensure that execution within company guideline.

  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

  • Develop execution tool kit tailor made for each channel that can deliver excellence and ensure strong go to market plans.

  • Work with insights to ensure tackling shopper needs through dedicated channel plans that serve the diversification of shopper behavior.

  • Create an execute plan on ground.

  • Liaising with merchandizing teams to make sure that plans are in place.

  • -Regularly create market analysis to stay up to date with competition and market trends.

  • Manage budget and ensure ROI for all executed shopper marketing programs to drive efficiency and continuous improvement for future programming.

  • Build the channel strategy.

  • Build the customer facing category strategy.

  • Build the perfect store program and the loyalty schemes for different channels (wholesale and retail).

  • Manage the activation team (Permanent and Temps).



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.

  • MBA


  • Minimum 7-10 years shopper and Trade Marketing experience within FMCG.


  • Time Management

  • Strong track record of over-delivery against commercial targets.

  • Ability to educate and influence key stakeholders and external partners.

  • Cross functional.

  • English must be fluent.
