• Responsible for Monitoring a department or project's budget, inventory, and production schedule, maintaining an optimally efficient inventory of production materials, and Creating planning studies and generates reports of plans and regulations, Besides Reviewing development proposals to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and Following up and reviewing all general planning issues


• Lead the department of supply-chain planning and manage a team of 2 planners.


• Act as SAP MRP controller beside his responsibility of planning for the Raw & PCK materials as per the rolling forecast received on a monthly basis from the sales department.


• Apply the sales forecast to the rolling production plan (RPP)


• Ensuring the availability of the finished products as per the defined TCS (total closing stock) norms through efficient planning (raw& pack material and also the production cycle).


• Ensuring no obsolete inventory by monitoring the stocks closely.


• Anchor the S & OP process.


• Anchor regular reviews with the purchase & Production teams to ensure business serviceability on time.


• Prepare all reports related to Sales and Operation planning.


• Attend the monthly review meetings for both local sales and also exports.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and any relevant certificates from a reputable university preferable in Engineering.


• Minimum 7-9 years of experience in planning preferably in FMCG.


• Very Good command of both written and spoken English language.


• Very good ERP skills – SAP is preferable


• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Advanced Excel user)


• MBA is a plus, prefer in Supply chain

Work context:

• Normal working conditions in the factory of the company at 10th of Ramadan city.


• Working hours: 08:30 Hours including 60 minutes break


• Location: Factory of Dabur, 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt


• Days off: Friday and alternative Saturday’s every week
